We come from the businesses we build for.
We grew up around traditional family service businesses. The kind where the work gets done in the field all day, and the invoicing gets done at the kitchen table at night.
We watched people who were great at the work spend their evenings chasing signatures, digging through email for approvals, and re-typing numbers between systems just to get paid for jobs they had already finished.
Ontem exists so that finished work turns into cash without that second shift. Not by replacing the tools those businesses run on, but by connecting the work around them.
